We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging and tags must be intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.


How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your items carefully when they arrive. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, get in touch with us right away so we can make it right.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products are not returnable, including:

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the item first. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the product you’d like instead.


Refunds

After we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and post it to your account.
